I weighed the bike again, without the fairings/battery so i've taken a bit of a guess. I reckon it's going to weigh about 166-169kg so i'll need 91-93bhp. I'm not convinced it'll kick out that much, maybe more like 89bhp?
The tank alone is 5.5kg so i might have to make one out of aluminium and use the fireblade cover.
Didn't get much else done, I swapped the fuel tap to an F3 and now have a working tap. The electrics are as good as done, we just need to start the bike and prove it's all 100% before it gets wrapped up. I've just ordered a few more bits like an airfilter, clutch cable, manual CCT... so if it arrives in time, I should be starting up the bike next weekend.
