Hi Phil, Nice site too. The bike spec looks impressive! way more than my old cbr640 project. Just wondered how does the bottom part of the fairing fits under the bike. Did you have to do any tweaking. Ive had problems with my cbr and vfr projects because the bottom fairings now have to be one piece.
The bottom fairing fits without any issues. My exhaust system is really tight to the bike so i've been quite lucky there. The fairing has plenty of room for the pipes, its the lugs on the sump that kit the fairing first and i've had to grind them down.
Where i've struggled is round the radiator, which has been preventing me getting the fairings on high and far enough back.
