I got the forks back together and back in the bike, i'm not sure if I got the rebound adjusters setup correctly, but i didn't have my settings with me to check.
K-tech compression adjuster at the top, standard at the bottom.

Just realised the other day that your blog address had changed! Just wondered what jetting you are running for the extra cc? Or is that a secret?!! Will you be ready for the first round in snetterton, wil you be doing another shake down test soon? Glad you got the engine sorted! Regards Bill.
No secret, It's almost completely standard, we just went one size leaner on all 4 main jets... i've got more to learn about ridding it before we fiddle much more. It will be ready for the first round, but I need more practice before I get going and i plan to wait till it gets warmer... i've only ridden a motorbike once in the last 4 years!
